英语文章,先了解自己内心的状态,然后展开行动,最终是收获。我们经常会陷入一种状态就是等我拥有了什么才去做什么事情,或者说在做的过程中会经常陷入犹豫、纠结的状态,比如一个课程的学习不管是别人推荐还是自己主动,当我们信心满满开启时,我们想到什么事或者听到了什么言论就开始怀疑这个事情该不该?值不值?

How to Examine Your Life?如何审视自己的生活?

Three Levels:

Being (Your inner state)

Doing (Actions)

Having (Possessions/Results)

First, understand your inner state, then take action, and finally, achieve results.

We often fall into a mindset where we think, “Once I have something, I will do something.” Or, while taking action, we frequently become hesitant and doubtful. For example, when starting a course—whether recommended by someone else or chosen voluntarily—we may begin with confidence. However, after hearing certain opinions or thoughts, we start questioning: “Is this the right thing to do? Is it worth it?”

The reason lies in the fact that we haven’t truly understood our inner state from a foundational level. We simply want to gain a certain result from the course. When the experience turns out different from our expectations, we begin to feel uncertain and conflicted. This then triggers a chain reaction, leading to regret and ultimately wasting a lot of time.

At the core of every decision we make is our inner state of being. Is it driven by passion, necessity, or something else? If it’s necessity, what exactly do we need?

Next comes doing—how we take action. Often, we focus too much on the results others achieve while doing the same thing, ignoring our own being and doing. We lose sight of our genuine inner needs and, as a result, become easily swayed by external opinions during the process. Therefore, the top level—having—fails to materialize as expected.

我们经常会陷入一种状态就是等我拥有了什么才去做什么事情,或者说在做的过程中会经常陷入犹豫、纠结的状态,比如一个课程的学习不管是别人推荐还是自己主动,当我们信心满满开启时,我们想到什么事或者听到了什么言论就开始怀疑这个事情该不该?值不值?

原因就在于我们没有从个人的底层思维了解自己的内心状态是怎样的?只是想要通过这个课程得到某个结果,等到正式开始时发现和自己预想的差别很大,然后开始出现犹豫、纠结,之后的连锁反应都在为自己的后悔埋单,最终浪费了很多时间,

这些根源在于我们每做决定的当下,内心的自我状态是什么?是激情还是需要又或者是什么?如果是需要,那我们在需要什么?接下来是怎么行动的问题也就是doing,我们总会关注与我们做同样的事情时他人的收获,反而忽视了自己的being和doing,看不到内在的自我需求,那么在doing的时候我们时不时会被周围环境的声音所动摇,因此最上层的having也不会如期而至。
