说话，只是一种现象，但是这种现象却可以有若干事态属性。

说话，可以是欺诈；可以是教唆，可以是诬蔑，可以是煽动，可以是泄密，可以是伪证，可以是构陷，可以是栽赃，可以是枉法，可以是叛乱，………

因为欺诈、教唆、诬蔑、煽动、泄密、伪证、构陷、栽赃、枉法、叛乱，是“说话”，所以国家都不能逮捕？

人应不应该有肢体活动的自由？应该？扇耳光也是活动活动手，拳打脚踢也是活动活动手脚。

脱离了动机与结果的过程性行为根本没有善恶是非属性，根本不可能作为是与非的判断依据。

言论自由说的是”zf“不能以任何方式侵害你的言论自由。比如最近美国的jimmy kimmel 因为惹奶龙不爽了，节目被封杀的，是美国一个什么官方的广播电视协会威胁他的节目的老板abc和disney去封杀的（这是个政府机构），这种就是明显的违反第一修正案。幸好封了一周又放出来了。并不是说只有免于被”逮捕“，这个门槛太低了
